National Black HIV/AIDS awareness day  is on Tuesday February 7th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. located at 702 SE 8th Street Evansville Indiana. There will be door prizes, gift cards, and refreshments. FREE rapid confidential HIV testing. You must register for this event. To do so call Ramona at 812-428-8500

 

Mardi Bras 2012 Slated for Saturday, February 18th at Casino Aztar

Building on the momentum of last year's stellar showing, Mardi Bras is moving to Saturday night! The event will still feature your favorite unique designs and quirky atmosphere, except now you don't have to go to work the next day! Mardi Bras 2012 will take place at the Casino Aztar Conference Center on Saturday, February 18 from 7 pm to 11 pm. Complimenary hors d'oeurves will be served and Aztar will provide a cash bar. Over the past two years, we have had over 250 people participate in this uniquely ARG event, and we don't want you to miss this year's show! All proceeds benefit the AIDS Resource Group, southwestern Indiana's only AIDS service organization! Tickets will go on sale January 9th, 2012 and will be $25 for general admission.
